We value your family and friends, understanding they play a vital role in your recovery journey.
General Visiting Hours: For the comfort of all our patients, we request that you limit your visitors during visiting hours, which are 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. and 5 P.M. to 7 P.M.
ICU Visiting Hours: To minimize the risk of infection, only one visitor at a time is allowed for a maximum of 10 minutes (between 12 P.M. and 1 P.M. and 5 P.M. and 6 P.M.). Visitors are requested to wait for their turn to enter these special zones.
Please note that visitors may be restricted according to a patient's medical condition and/or special needs.
Passes will be issued for attendants and visitors at the admission desk. Please ask your attendants and visitors to wear/display these passes while on the hospital premises. If you lose your pass, you may contact the admission desk at the hospital's main entrance.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to visit patient floors. This is to protect children from catching infections.
Sanitise hands before and after visiting.
No spitting/smoking inside the campus premises.
Outside food & beverages are not allowed inside campus premises.
The use of mobile phones is prohibited where critical medical equipment and patient monitoring systems are in operation.
