They will generate a unique medical record (UMR) number for the patient, and the hospital will maintain and store all medical records for future reference. They will also explain the total estimate to you and guide you in selecting the relevant room category.
You will be required to make an advance payment, which will be adjusted against the final bill at discharge. Those seeking cashless guidance must visit the insurance / TPA desk for the patient's hospitalisation. The staff will escort the patient to the allotted room/bed.
